Exterior common spaces include a heated pool with its own lounge area, fully furnished exterior livings, an outdoor dining space equipped with a Uruguayan grill and covered parking spaces. Washer and drier are available for use.

Every bungalow is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection, Smart TV and DirecTV.

Fresh linens and towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by the property to all guests.

CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF USE
Our high season for 2019/2020 runs from December 20th to January 12th. 
Mid-season is from January 13th to March 15th and October 12th to December 19th. It also includes Uruguayan Carnival week and Easter Holidays. 
Low season is from March 16th to October 11th.
Rental costs vary according to dates, bungalows and length of stay (by nights, weeks or months). 
Minimum stay is four nights during high season and two nights during low season.
Our villa only admits adults - neither kids nor pets are allowed.

Diego Montero’s architectural design draws the finest lines from the roots of Scandinavian design. The nobility, rusticity and abundance of local woods highlight a simplistic and rational design that swiftly rests on the dunes to create warm, welcoming spaces. Bold panes of glass facing the sea incorporate nature into the installations, creating a filly immersive experience.
